GCS offers a foundry training course with an overview of the RF Integrated Circuit (RFIC) process in HBT and PHEMT technologies. The course covers the basic principles in GaAs semiconductor operation, process flow, design guidelines, layout rules, device models and our standard device library. The course also discusses the reliability results and the process qualification procedures.
